NFPA ALARM PANEL
NFPA code states that a dedicated alarm panel shall be provided within the fire command center to annunciate the status of all RF emitting devices and system component locations. The monitoring panel shall provide visual and labeled indications of the alarms.
The Bird NFPA alarm panel will provide a visual display of the required Alarms for a single booster to meet NFPA standards. The annunciations on the alarm panel are 5 Bicolor LEDS (Green=No Alarm, Red=Alarm), dedicated to the 5 failure modes required by the NFPA code. The Bird NFPA Alarm Panel can be powered with the Battery Backup Unit or any other DC power source from 12 to 24 VDC. Alarm triggers are through Form C Contacts on the Booster.
